SEE ALSO...

DnaJC3 Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DnaJC3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-DnaJC3 antibody (A-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DnaJC3, also known as P58, HP58, PRKRI, or P58IPK, plays a crucial role in cellular stress responses as an interferon-induced, double-stranded RNA-activated protein kinase inhibitor. DnaJC3 is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where DnaJC3 interacts with various signaling pathways to modulate the activity of other proteins involved in stress responses and apoptosis. DnaJC3 localization is significant because DnaJC3 allows for rapid responses to cellular stress, ensuring that cells can adapt to changing environments and maintain homeostasis. Through protein kinase inhibition, DnaJC3 helps regulate the phosphorylation state of target proteins, which is essential for controlling cell survival and death. DnaJC3′s ability to modulate these pathways highlights DnaJC3′s importance in various physiological processes and potential implications in diseases where stress response mechanisms are disrupted.
