DNA pol δ 2 Antibody (E-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DNA pol δ 2 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-DNA pol δ 2 antibody (E-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DNA polymerase delta (DNA pol δ) plays a crucial role in DNA replication, particularly in the synthesis of the lagging strand, where DNA pol δ is responsible for the elongation of Okazaki fragments.
