DDX47 Antibody (H-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects DDX47 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-DDX47 antibody (H-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DDX47, or probable ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX47, is a 455 amino acid protein encoded by the human gene DDX47 and belongs to the DEAD-box helicase family, specifically the DDX47/RRP3 subfamily. DDX47 contains one helicase ATP-binding domain and one helicase C-terminal domain, which are crucial for RNA helicase function. DDX47 plays a key role in modulating RNA structure, essential for various biological processes such as transcription, splicing, and translation. Through nucleoside triphosphate hydrolysis, DDX47 facilitates RNA unwinding, influencing ribosome and spliceosome assembly. DDX47′s involvement in these critical cellular processes highlights its significance in embryogenesis, spermatogenesis, and cellular growth and division, making DDX47 a vital target for research in molecular biology and developmental studies.
