DD1-4 Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects dihydrodiol dehydrogenase (DD1, DD2, DD3, and DD4) in human, mouse, and rat samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-DD1-4 antibody (B-12) is available as a non-conjugated format. The dihydrodiol dehydrogenases, which include isoforms DD1, DD2, DD3, and DD4, are part of the aldo-oxo reductase/aldo-keto reductase superfamily and play a crucial role in the metabolism of xenobiotics, including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, pesticides, and steroid hormones.
