    SEE ALSO...

DC-SIGNR Antibody (C-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DC-SIGNR of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-DC-SIGNR antibody (C-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DC-SIGNR, also known as CD209L or L-SIGN, is a type II integral membrane protein sharing 77% sequence identity with DC-SIGN and is primarily expressed on sinusoidal endothelial cells. DC-SIGNR (C-10) antibody recognizes a protein that plays a crucial role in immune response by binding to E2 glycoproteins of hepatitis C virus, facilitating viral entry into host cells. DC-SIGNR′s interaction with hepatitis C virus aids in viral evasion of immune system and enhances viral infection of liver cells, which are critical for viral replication and persistence. Understanding DC-SIGNR′s function is essential for developing therapeutic strategies against hepatitis C and other viral infections, making DC-SIGNR monoclonal antibody (C-10) a valuable research tool for studying these processes.
