Dab2 Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Dab2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Dab2 (Disabled Homolog 2), also known as DOC-2, is a mitogen-responsive phosphoprotein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and growth regulation. Dab2 is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where Dab2 acts as a negative regulator of growth by binding to the SH3 domain of the GRB2 protein, thereby influencing various signaling pathways.
