DAAM2 Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DAAM2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DAAM2 (E-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. DAAM2 protein, also known as KIAA0381, is a crucial 1,068 amino acid protein that plays a significant role in Wnt/Frizzled signaling pathways, which are essential for various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration. Multiple functional domains within DAAM2, such as DAD, FH1, FH2, and GBD domains, enable interaction with other proteins and facilitate assembly of actin filaments, thereby influencing cytoskeletal dynamics and cellular morphology. DAAM2 gene is located on human chromosome 6, a region associated with several genetic disorders, including early onset intestinal cancer and various neuropsychiatric conditions.
