Cytokeratin 10 Antibody (DE-K10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Cytokeratin 10 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-Cytokeratin 10 antibody (DE-K10) is available in a non-conjugated form, allowing for versatile experimental use. Cytokeratin 10 forms a heterotetramer with keratin 1, contributing to the structural integrity and resilience of epithelial cells. Cytokeratin 10 (DE-K10) monoclonal antibody localizes predominantly in the suprabasal layers of the epidermis, including the stratum corneum, and plays a vital role in keratinocyte differentiation. Cytokeratin 10 helps maintain the barrier function of the epidermis, protecting against environmental stressors and pathogens. Anti-Cytokeratin 10 antibody (DE-K10) serves as a marker for certain types of squamous cell carcinomas, making Cytokeratin 10 a valuable tool in cancer research and diagnostics. Cytokeratin 10 (DE-K10) antibody enables researchers to gain insights into epithelial cell behavior, tissue differentiation, and pathological processes underlying various diseases.
