CYP1A2 Antibody (D15) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CYP1A2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-CYP1A2 antibody (D15) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CYP1A2, also known as Cytochrome P450 1A2, is a crucial heme-thiolate monooxygenase enzyme that plays a significant role in the NADPH-dependent electron transport pathway of liver microsomes. This enzyme is essential for the oxidative metabolism of a wide range of substrates, including fatty acids, steroids, and xenobiotics, which are foreign compounds that can be harmful to the body.
