CYP1A1 Antibody (1A3-03) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CYP1A1 in mouse, rat, human, and porcine samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CYP1A1 (1A3-03) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CYP1A1 is a member of the cytochrome P450 family of enzymes, which play a crucial role in the metabolism of diverse endogenous compounds, such as hormones and fatty acids, as well as xenobiotics, including drugs and environmental toxins. CYP1A1′s ability to metabolize these compounds is vital for detoxification processes and the regulation of physiological functions, making CYP1A1 an important target for studying drug metabolism and toxicology. Additionally, CYP1A1 is induced by various environmental pollutants, which can lead to increased levels of reactive metabolites that may contribute to carcinogenesis.
