Cyclin B1 Antibody (GNS1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody raised against a recombinant protein corresponding to human cyclin B1, also known as CCNB1. Cyclin B1 monoclonal antibody (GNS1) reacts with mouse, rat, and human species and is suitable for applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP). Cyclin B1 is a regulatory protein essential for controlling the cell cycle at the G2/M transition, forming a complex with the cyclin-dependent kinase CDK1 to create the maturation-promoting factor (MPF). This complex initiates mitosis in eukaryotic cells, making cyclin B1 crucial for proper cell division. Dysregulation of cyclin B1 can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation and is associated with various cancers, highlighting cyclin B1′s importance in cell cycle regulation and oncogenesis. Studying cyclin B1′s function provides insights into the mechanisms of cell division and potential therapeutic targets for cancer treatment. Cyclin B1 monoclonal antibody (GNS1) enables researchers to detect and analyze cyclin B1 expression and localization in different tissues and cell types, contributing to a better understanding of cyclin B1′s role in cellular processes. Cyclin B1 monoclonal antibody (GNS1) serves as a valuable tool in cell biology and cancer research.
