CUL-3 Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects CUL-3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CUL-3 plays a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, specifically in the selective degradation of proteins, which is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating various biological processes, including cell cycle progression and signal transduction. CUL-3 forms a part of the E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, where CUL-3 associates with Nedd-8, enhancing activity and facilitating the ubiquitination of target substrates.
