CSN7a Antibody (D-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects CSN7a of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CSN7a antibody (D-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CSN7a is a crucial component of the COP9 signalosome (CSN) complex, which plays a significant role in regulating the ubiquitin conjugation pathway. This regulation is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and controlling various developmental processes, as the CSN complex mediates the deneddylation of SCF-type E3 ligase complexes, thereby reducing ubiquitin ligase activity.
