CSN3 Antibody (RR12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CSN3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CSN3 antibody (RR12) is available as the non-conjugated form. CSN3, also known as COPS3, is a crucial component of the COP9 signalosome (CSN) complex, which plays a significant role in regulating various developmental and cellular processes. The CSN complex consists of several proteins, including CSN1 (COPS1), CSN2 (COPS2), CSN3 (COPS3), CSN4 (COPS4), CSN5 (COPS5), CSN6 (COP6), CSN7a (COPS7, COPS7a) or CSN7b (COP7b), and CSN8 (COP8). CSN3 functions in the deneddylation of SCF-type E3 ligase complexes, which is essential for modulating the ubiquitin conjugation pathway.
