Cryopyrin Antibody (F-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgM kappa light chain antibody designed to recognize human Cryopyrin protein, also known as NLRP3 or NALP3. Cryopyrin is a crucial component of the NLRP3 inflammasome, a multi-protein complex located in the cytoplasm that plays a vital role in the innate immune response by detecting pathogenic microorganisms and cellular stress. Structurally, Cryopyrin contains a central nucleotide-binding and oligomerization domain (NACHT), multiple leucine-rich repeats (LRRs) at the C-terminus, and an N-terminal pyrin domain (PYD), which are essential for assembling and activating the inflammasome.
