SEE ALSO...

CRMP-1 Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CRMP-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CRMP-1 (D-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Collapsin response mediator proteins (CRMPs), such as CRMP-1, play a crucial role in neuronal signaling, particularly in response to the axon guidance molecule Semaphorin 3A (SEMA3A). CRMP-1 is involved in regulating neuronal development and plasticity, while also contributing to invasion and metastasis in cancer biology. CRMP-1 primarily localizes in the cytoplasm and facilitates the transport of signaling molecules and structural components necessary for axon growth and guidance in neuronal cells. Alterations in CRMP-1 expression or localization can significantly impact neurodevelopmental disorders and cancer progression.
