CRELD2 Antibody (C-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects CRELD2 in mouse samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CRELD2, or cysteine-rich with EGF-like domains 2, is a 353 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion and neural development, making CRELD2 essential for proper tissue formation and function. CRELD2 is primarily localized to the endoplasmic reticulum, where CRELD2 is secreted into the extracellular space, allowing CRELD2 to interact with other proteins, such as AChRα4, which may influence transport and function.
