Anti-CPSF7 Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 (kappa light chain) CPSF7 antibody provided at 200 µg/ml
raised against amino acids 185-237 mapping within an internal region of CPSF7 of human origin
Anti-CPSF7 Antibody (A-9) is recommended for detection of CPSF7 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including and equine, canine, bovine and porcine
Anti-CPSF7 Antibody (A-9) is available conjugated to agarose for IP; HRP for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; and to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647 for WB (RGB), IF, IHC(P) and FCM, and for use with RGB fluorescent imaging systems, such as iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 680 or Alexa Fluor® 790 for WB (NIR), IF and FCM; for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR®Odyssey®, iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems

CPSF7 Antibody (A-9) is a high quality monoclonal CPSF7 antibody (also designated CPSF7 antibody) suitable for the detection of the CPSF7 protein of mouse, rat and human origin. CPSF7 Antibody (A-9) is available as both the non-conjugated anti-CPSF7 antibody form, as well as multiple conjugated forms of anti-CPSF7 antibody, including agarose, HRP, PE, FITC and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. 3′ ends of eukaryotic mRNAs can undergo processing events that include endonucleolytic cleavage and polyadenylation. Cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factors (CPSF) mediate 3′ cleavage of the transcript and subsequent polyadenylation. CPSF7 (cleavage and polyadenylation specific factor 7), also known as MGC9315, FLJ12529 or FLJ39024, is a 471 amino acid nuclear protein belonging to the RRM CPSF6/7 family. As a result of alternative splicing events, two CPSF7 isoforms exist. CPSF7 contains one RRM (RNA recognition motif) domain, and is encoded by a gene which maps to to human chromosome 11q12.2. Chromosome 11 houses over 1,400 genes and comprises nearly 4% of the human genome. Jervell and Lange-Nielsen syndrome, Jacobsen syndrome, Niemann-Pick disease, hereditary angioedema and Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome are associated with defects in genes that maps to chromosome 11.
