SEE ALSO...

COMMD10 Antibody (F-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects COMMD10 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). COMMD10 Antibody (F-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. COMMD10, also known as COMM domain containing 10, PTD002, or HSPC305, is a 202 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in protein degradation regulation and cellular signaling pathways. COMMD10 is primarily located in the cytoplasm and interacts with several other proteins, including copper transporter ATP7A, which maintains copper homeostasis in cells. This interaction highlights COMMD10′s role in cellular response to copper levels, which is vital for various biological functions, including enzymatic reactions and antioxidant defense. COMMD10 is encoded on human chromosome 5, a region associated with several genetic disorders when deleted, such as Cri du chat syndrome and certain types of leukemia. COMMD10′s COMM domain facilitates protein-protein interactions, underscoring its importance in cellular function and signaling.
