Datasheets
  • COL1A1 Antibody (H-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgM κ provided at 200 µg/ml
  • specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 1194-1219 of COL1A1 of human origin
  • recommended for detection of COL1A1 of human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA
  • m-IgGκ BP-HRP is the preferred secondary detection reagent for COL1A1 Antibody (H-7) for WB applications. This reagent is now offered in a bundle with COL1A1 Antibody (H-7) (see ordering information below). For additional m-IgGκ BP conjugates see our complete list of Mouse IgG Binding Proteins.

    SEE ALSO...

COL1A1 Antibody (H-7) is a monoclonal antibody that detects COL1A1 in human samples through western blotting (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-COL1A1 antibody (H-7) enables detection of collagen type I alpha 1, a crucial component of the extracellular matrix that provides structural support to tissues and maintains the integrity of skin, bone, and connective tissues. COL1A1 forms fibrils in the extracellular space, contributing to tissue tensile strength and elasticity. COL1A1 (H-7) antibody supports research in wound healing, tissue repair, fibrosis, and osteogenesis imperfecta by enabling precise detection and analysis of collagen type I alpha 1 across different molecular biology assays.
