CNTF Antibody (F-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CNTF is a crucial neuropoietic cytokine that plays a significant role in promoting the survival and differentiation of various cell types, including sensory, sympathetic, and motor neurons, which is vital for maintaining the integrity of the nervous system.
