    SEE ALSO...

CIS Antibody (D-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects CIS in mouse and rat samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CIS antibody (D-2) specifically recognizes the cytokine-inducible SH2-containing protein, which plays a crucial role in mediating cytokine signaling pathways. CIS, consisting of 267 amino acids, features a single 96 amino acid SH2 domain that facilitates interaction with tyrosine-phosphorylated receptors, such as the IL-3 and Epo receptors. CIS association with these receptors is vital for the regulation of cellular responses to cytokines, influencing processes such as cell proliferation and differentiation. By modulating these signaling pathways, CIS serves as a unique regulator of cytokine signaling, making CIS an important target for research in immunology and cell biology. CIS (D-2) antibody′s versatility in various applications allows researchers to explore the intricate mechanisms of cytokine signaling and its implications in health and disease.
