ChemR23 Antibody (H-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ChemR23 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ChemR23 (H-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ChemR23, also known as chemokine receptor-like 1, is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family and plays a crucial role in immune responses by acting as a receptor for specific chemokines, including fractalkine. ChemR23 is predominantly located in the cell membrane, where positioning is vital for mediating cellular signaling and interactions with leukocytes, which are essential for immune surveillance and response. ChemR23′s interaction with fractalkine facilitates leukocyte adhesion and migration, processes that are critical for inflammation and tissue repair.
