    CHD9 Antibody (E-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CHD9 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-CHD9 antibody (E-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CHD9, also known as chromodomain-helicase-DNA-binding protein 9, chromatin-related mesenchymal modulator (CReMM), or PPAR-alpha-interacting complex protein 320 kDa, is a 2,897 amino acid member of the Snf2/Rad54 helicase family. CHD9 plays a crucial role in chromatin remodeling, which is essential for regulating gene expression and maintaining genomic stability. CHD9 is localized in both the cytoplasm and nucleus, where CHD9 contains two chromodomains, an ATP-binding helicase domain, and a C-terminal helicase domain. The presence of chromodomains, which are highly conserved protein regions associated with chromatin manipulation, underscores CHD9′s importance in cellular processes. Additionally, CHD9 acts as a transcriptional coactivator for PPARα, highlighting CHD9′s role in lipid metabolism and energy homeostasis. CHD9 is expressed at low levels across various tissues and exists in three isoforms due to alternative splicing, further emphasizing CHD9′s functional diversity in cellular contexts.
