    CELSR1 Antibody (E-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CELSR1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CELSR1 antibody (E-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. CELSR1, a member of the cadherin family, plays a crucial role in neuronal development, particularly in dendritic patterning and axon guidance, which are essential for proper neural circuit formation. CELSR1 functions as a multi-pass membrane receptor that facilitates cell-cell signaling, and proper function remains vital for maintaining the complexity of dendritic arbors in neurons. Silencing CELSR1 can lead to significant simplification of dendritic structures in cortical pyramidal neurons and Purkinje cells, highlighting its importance in neuronal morphology and connectivity. In the developing central nervous system, CELSR1, along with homologs CELSR2 and CELSR3, is expressed at early stages, indicating critical involvement in the establishment of neural networks. Expression patterns of CELSR proteins in various neuronal cell types, such as hippocampal pyramidal cells and olfactory neurons, further underscore significance in the intricate processes of brain development and function.
