CELSR1 Antibody (E-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CELSR1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CELSR1 antibody (E-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. CELSR1, a member of the cadherin family, plays a crucial role in neuronal development, particularly in dendritic patterning and axon guidance, which are essential for proper neural circuit formation. CELSR1 functions as a multi-pass membrane receptor that facilitates cell-cell signaling, and proper function remains vital for maintaining the complexity of dendritic arbors in neurons.
