SEE ALSO...

CECR2 Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CECR2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CECR2 (C-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CECR2 protein plays a crucial role in chromatin remodeling and neurulation, processes that are essential for proper embryonic development and formation of the nervous system. Disruptions in these processes can lead to significant developmental disorders, including neural tube defects, which are associated with mutations in CECR2 gene. The CECR family, which includes CECR1 through CECR9, is implicated in Cat Eye Syndrome, a condition characterized by a range of developmental anomalies. CECR2 is widely expressed across various tissues, highlighting CECR2′s importance in both normal physiological functions and developmental processes. Anti-CECR2 antibody (C-3) can help researchers gain valuable insights into CECR2′s role in health and disease, particularly in the context of neural development and chromatin dynamics.
