Cdk6 Antibody (DCS-83) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Cdk6 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). anti-Cdk6 antibody (DCS-83) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Cdk6 plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation, particularly in the G1/S transition, by partnering with cyclins D1, D2, and D3 to phosphorylate target substrates essential for cell cycle progression.
