Cdc34 Antibody (H-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Cdc34 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Cdc34 antibody (H-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Cdc34 (H-4) antibody recognizes a protein that plays a crucial role in the cell cycle by functioning as a ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme, essential for the G1 to S phase transition. This process is vital for proper cell division and proliferation, as Cdc34 regulates the degradation of cyclins and activation of cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdks). Cdc34 (H-4) monoclonal antibody targets a protein involved in the ubiquitination of cyclin B, a key regulator that, when degraded, allows the cell to progress from mitosis to the next phase of the cell cycle. Cdc34′s interaction with other proteins, such as Cdc27 and Cdc16, which are components of the anaphase-promoting complex, further underscores Cdc34′s importance in maintaining cell cycle integrity and preventing uncontrolled cell growth.
