Cdc25C Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Cdc25C in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Cdc25C plays a crucial role in the regulation of the cell cycle, particularly in the transition from the G2 phase to mitosis, by dephosphorylating and activating cyclin-dependent kinase 1 (Cdk1). This activation is essential for the proper progression of cell division, as Cdc25C ensures that cells only enter mitosis when fully prepared, thereby maintaining genomic stability.
