CD8-α Antibody (OX8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that specifically detects CD8-α protein of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD8-α, also known as CD8A, Leu-2, or T8, is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of cytotoxic T lymphocytes and some natural killer cells, playing a crucial role in adaptive immune response.
