CD68 Antibody (3F103) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CD68 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD68, homologous to mouse antigen macrosialin, is a member of a family of acidic, highly glycosylated lysosomal glycoproteins (LGPs) that includes lamp-1 and lamp-2.
