CD53 Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects CD53 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD53 (B-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD53 is a member of the tetraspanin family, which plays a crucial role in cell activation, signal transduction, and cell adhesion.
