CD45 Antibody (B-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody designed to target CD45 protein, also known as Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type C (PTPRC). CD45 is a vital transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on all nucleated hematopoietic cells of human origin, playing a crucial role in regulating immune cell signaling and activation.
