I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with CD45 Antibody (35-Z6): sc-1178?

Asked by: jenni
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great CD45 Ab for DAB immunohistochemistry The Ab gives strong and clean signal/noise staining of CD45 in FFPE colon tissue from mouse

Rated 5 out of 5 by from immunofluorescent staining on immunofluorescent staining this sc-1178 CD45 antibody worked well.
Date published: 2019-04-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Consistent Quality We continue to use this antibody for IF and flow, though have not had success with IP.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad result on mouse samples Bad result on mouse bone marrow paraffin samples. Few cells stained.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for Rat and Mouse Received this as a sample. We ran 3 species (H, M, R) on 3 separate test runs. HIER at high pH 9.0 is necessary. The mouse and rat spleens show strong results. The human tissues were very weak, tried both normal and abnormal tissues with same results. We used a concentration of 1:100. If you are running human tissue, I would suggest using a higher concentration than ours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Great! Antibody worked well for IF staining of human T cells at a 1:100 dilution. Also good for flow at 1ug/1 million cells. Western blot seemed good/relatively clean. Did not work for IP at a concentration of 1ug/IP.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from mouse anti-CD45 antibody I got a free sample and tried on IHC-P. It worked ok, but not very strong.
Date published: 2017-09-21
Rated 5 out of 5 by from flow cytometry The CD45 in lymphocytes was detected by flow cytometry. We obtained specific staining and 1:300 dilution used.
