SEE ALSO...

CD32-A/B/C Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects CD32-A, CD32-B, and CD32-C proteins of human origin, as well as Fc γ RIIb and Fc γ RIII proteins of mouse and rat origin, by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD32-A/B/C (B-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD32, also known as Fc gamma RII, serves as a low-affinity receptor for the Fc fragment of aggregated immunoglobulin G (IgG), playing a crucial role in immune response by mediating immune complex clearance through macrophages and regulating antibody production by B cells. CD32 can noncooperatively bind to one or two highly glycosylated molecules, delivering a negative signal that modulates B cell activity. CD32 is expressed in several isoforms generated by alternative splicing of three distinct genes—A, B, and C—resulting in isoforms designated FcgRIIA, FcgRIIB1, FcgRIIB3, and FcgRIIC. These isoforms are found on various immune cells, including monocytes, placental trophoblasts, endothelial cells, and B lymphocytes, with specific forms present on neutrophils, highlighting CD32′s importance in both innate and adaptive immunity.

Are there any issues with using sc-166711: CD32-A/B/C (B-4) mouse monoclonal primary antibody on mouse samples?

Asked by: DefinitelyNotMatt
Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody. Please contact our special orders department for pricing and availability of sc-166711 conjugates.
