CD206 Antibody (C-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody raised against amino acids 1090-1389 within an extracellular domain of human CD206, detecting CD206 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD206, also known as the Mannose Receptor (MR), Macrophage Mannose Receptor (MMR), or Mannose Receptor C-Type 1 (MRC1), is a type I membrane receptor protein primarily expressed on macrophages, immature dendritic cells, hepatic and lymphatic endothelial cells, retinal pigment epithelium (RPE), and mesangial cells.
