CD10 Antibody (FR4D11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects CD10 in human samples through immunofluorescence (IF) and flow cytometry (FCM) applications. CD10, also known as the common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA) and neutral endopeptidase (NEP), is a type II integral membrane glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in regulating various biological processes. As a zinc metalloprotease, CD10 is responsible for cleaving a range of biologically active peptides, including Angiotensins I and II, which are vital for blood pressure regulation and fluid balance. CD10 expression is prominent in early B and T lymphoid precursors, B blasts, certain granulocytes, bone marrow stromal cells, and specific epithelial cells, including some tumor cell lines.
