SEE ALSO...

CD10 Antibody (F-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CD10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD10 (F-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD10, also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA) and neutral endopeptidase (NEP), is a type II integral membrane glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in regulating peptide levels in the extracellular environment. As a zinc metalloprotease, CD10 cleaves a variety of biologically active peptides, including Angiotensins I and II, which are vital for blood pressure regulation and fluid balance. CD10 expression is observed on early B and T lymphoid precursors, B blasts, certain granulocytes, bone marrow stromal cells, and specific epithelial cells, including some tumor cell lines. CD10′s significance as a marker for common acute lymphocytic leukemias and certain lymphomas underscores its importance in both diagnostic and therapeutic contexts. Anti-CD10 antibody (F-4) is an essential tool for researchers studying hematological malignancies and the role of peptide regulation in various physiological processes.
