    SEE ALSO...

CCDC33 Antibody (H-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects CCDC33 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CCDC33 (H-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CCDC33 protein, also known as coiled-coil domain containing 33 or cancer/testis antigen 61, plays a crucial role in spermatogenesis and is primarily localized in male germ cells. CCDC33 consists of 958 amino acids and features a coiled-coil domain, a structural motif that facilitates protein-protein interactions essential for various biological processes, including gene expression regulation and membrane dynamics. CCDC33 exists in at least four alternatively spliced isoforms, which may contribute to functional diversity. The gene encoding CCDC33 is located on human chromosome 15, a region associated with several genetic disorders, including Angelman syndrome and Prader-Willi syndrome, highlighting the importance of CCDC33 in both normal physiology and disease states.
