    CCDC114 Antibody (E-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CCDC114 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CCDC114 antibody (E-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CCDC114, also known as FLJ32926, is a 360 amino acid protein encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 19, which is notable for high gene density and diverse array of important genes, including those linked to immunological functions and various genetic disorders. CCDC114 plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in assembly of cilia and flagella, which are essential for cell motility and signaling.     We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.     Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ccdc114-C1 and E8 antibodiesHi all I have used Ccdc114-C1 and E8. As you know mouse retina expresses very very low amount. For me Ccdc114-E8 antibodies works very fine, but not Ccdc114-C1 Thanks Bhagwat
