SEE ALSO...

CCDC114 Antibody (C-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CCDC114 protein of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CCDC114 antibody (C-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CCDC114, also known as FLJ32926, is a 360 amino acid protein encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 19, which is notable for high gene density, comprising over 1,400 genes within approximately 63 million bases. CCDC114 plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in the assembly of cilia and flagella, which are essential for cell motility and signaling. Dysfunction in ciliary assembly can lead to a range of diseases known as ciliopathies, which can affect various organ systems and lead to significant health issues. CCDC114 (C-1) antibody serves as a valuable tool for scientists studying ciliary biology and related pathologies.
