Cbl Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody engineered to detect the Cbl protein, also known as c-Cbl, CBL, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CBL, Casitas B-lineage lymphoma proto-oncogene, and RING finger protein 55. Cbl monoclonal antibody (A-9) targets an epitope mapping between amino acids 892-906 at the C-terminus of the human Cbl protein, ensuring precise binding and reliable detection. The Cbl protein functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, playing a pivotal role in regulating signal transduction pathways by tagging specific proteins for ubiquitination and subsequent degradation.
