Cathepsin B Antibody (H-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects cathepsin B protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-cathepsin B antibody (H-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing flexibility for different experimental needs. Cathepsin B, a member of the cysteine protease family, plays a crucial role in protein degradation and is involved in various cellular processes, including apoptosis and antigen processing.
