Carbonyl reductase 1 Antibody (B-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Carbonyl reductase 1 (CBR1) of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CBR1 antibody (B-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CBR1 plays a crucial role in cellular metabolism by catalyzing the NADPH-dependent reduction of carbonyl compounds, which are often products of lipid peroxidation, to corresponding alcohols.
