SEE ALSO...

Calgranulin B Antibody (MRP 1H9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects human Calgranulin B through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Calgranulin B antibody (MRP 1H9) is available in non-conjugated form and conjugated to agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® dyes. Calgranulin B, also known as MRP14, belongs to the S100 protein family, characterized by EF-hand calcium-binding motifs. Calgranulin B plays a crucial role in inflammatory responses and regulates cellular processes, including cell proliferation and differentiation. Calgranulin B expression occurs in macrophages and epithelial cells, contributing to immune responses and acting as a signaling molecule. Calcium ion binding influences Calgranulin B′s conformation and interaction with other cellular components. Calgranulin B presence at inflammatory sites highlights its role in immune responses and potential as a biomarker for autoimmune disorders and cancer.
