CA XII Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Carbonic Anhydrase XII (CA XII) in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CA XII antibody (A-3) is available in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Carbonic anhydrases (CAs) are crucial zinc metalloenzymes that facilitate the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide, playing vital roles in numerous physiological processes, including respiration, acid-base balance, and the formation of various bodily fluids.
