CA III Antibody (B-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects carbonic anhydrase III (CA III) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CA III, also known as Car3 or CA3, is a 260 amino acid cytoplasmic protein predominantly expressed in muscle tissue, where CA III plays a crucial role in regulating pH and facilitating the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide.
