CA I Antibody (C-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects carbonic anhydrase I (CA I) in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CA I plays a crucial role in the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide, which is essential for maintaining acid-base balance in the body, facilitating respiration, and supporting various physiological processes such as bone resorption and the formation of bodily fluids like saliva and gastric acid.
