    SEE ALSO...

C7orf50 Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects C7orf50 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-C7orf50 antibody (D-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. C7orf50 is located on chromosome 7, which is significant as this chromosome is associated with various genetic disorders, including Osteogenesis imperfecta and Pendred syndrome. C7orf50, still provisionally designated, plays a role in cellular processes that are crucial for maintaining genomic stability and proper cellular function. Understanding C7orf50′s location and function is vital, as alterations in expression or function may contribute to the pathogenesis of diseases linked to chromosome 7. Deletion of specific regions of chromosome 7 has been implicated in conditions such as Williams-Beuren syndrome, characterized by cognitive challenges and distinctive physical features, as well as various myeloid disorders, including acute myelogenous leukemia. Using C7orf50 (D-11) antibody in research can provide insights into the biological significance of C7orf50 and potential implications in health and disease.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-390201 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: jerojero
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
