This antibody is mouse raised. Then how it is working in mouse system (mentioned in the antibody description)? Please suggest.

Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal is fine for use on mouse samples, there is no issues with mouse on mouse antibody use as long as there is sufficient blocking and washing conditions.

I purchased c-Myc(9E10): sc-40 antibody from your company recently. I used for western blotting and could detect signals around 35 Kda in breast cancer cell lines but not at 67 kDa. what could be the reason? is the antibody binding in the right size?

Can this antibiody works with protein expressed in lung cancer. please show me staining like.

Thank you for your question. This c-Myc antibody, sc-40, will detect c-Myc in your lung cancer samples as long as it is expressed in that sample. We do not have data specifically in lung cancer, so I advice you to look in the primary literature for expression information in your samples.

Can this antibiody works with protein expressed in plants like N. benthamiana and Solanum lycopersicum?

WESTERN BLOT DILUTION USED (adenocarcinoma cells): 1:1000 IP DILUTION USED (adenocarcinoma cells): 1:50 We got this antibody a little over a month ago and we've gotten great use from it already. Compared to the other anti c-Myc antibody we were using, it works very well and at the same dilution--except we got much more of this product. HOWEVER, it does appear to be a little sloppier than the other company. The other company is another species, but all of our other mouse blots look perfect while using the same secondary, so I am inclined to believe it is the primary. Overall, it's a great product and for the price, it's even better. Definitely recommend.
